TERMS OF SITE & COURSE ACCESS AND PRODUCT PURCHASER AGREEMENT

All programs, products, and services are owned and provided by EditMonday.com, KatieRivera.co, Photo Editor’s Guide®, Studio by Katie LLC (“Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”). The term “you” or “your” refers to any user or purchaser of said courses(s), product(s), download(s) or service(s) (services) or (courses). These Terms and Conditions of Use govern and define how You are allowed to use and access Company’s Offering. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, and will update them accordingly with the ‘date last updated’ at the top of this page.

You are legally bound to these Terms and Conditions of Use whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions of Use, please email us at support@katierivera.co

EditMonday.com, KatieRivera.co, and photoeditorsguide.com contains articles on photo editing, creating a business, business marketing, remote income, growing your business and other topics. Information on such topics is subject to change.

Terms And Conditions

PURCHASE, REFUND, and payment plan POLICY

All sales and payment plans are final.

By clicking "Enroll", “Join Now,” “Purchase,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, or entering your credit card information, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, you (“Client”) agree to be provided with products, programs, or services by the Company. No refunds or purchase cancellations will be given for any products purchased online. To remain fair to others that have purchased the Guide, our Company is not obligated to make any exceptions.

A course or product purchased through The Photo Editor’s Guide®, KatieRivera.co, or EditMonday, is NOT a monthly or month to month membership subscription. Due to the digital nature of the course and downloadable resources that are instantly accessible upon joining, no refunds or payment cancellations will be given for any products or programs purchased online.

You understand that you are responsible for any missed or failed payments due to canceled, changed, or altered payment information that you do not provide to us. Failure to pay does not cancel your purchase’s payment plan obligation. If we cannot collect your monthly payment, your online course access will be suspended by us and an outstanding balance for the total remaining balance owed will be placed on your account. 


If You elect for the payment plan, You hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the installment plan details shown at checkout. 
 
No matter what is stated in these terms, you understand that you are agreeing to the price and payment structure in which you agreed upon during the time of purchase. 
 
Regarding recurring payments and outstanding invoices: If all payment methods we have on file for you are declined for payment of your monthly fee, you must provide a new payment method promptly to regain entry to your revoked access. If you have a credit card change or expire, please reach out to hello@editmonday.com and we will help you update it!
